Mother 母性喪失社会

明らかに日本人と西洋人では音楽ひとつとっても母親に対するとらえ方が違う。日本人はどちらかというと母親に贈るとかなんとか、そんな楽曲が多いようだ。

それにしても悲しいニュースが多いような気がする。短絡的にこれを”西洋化”などと呼ぶつもりはないが、子供に食事を与えず餓死させたとか聞くとどうしていいかわからなくなる。虐待とかそういうレベルを超えている。

ファルハディの『誰もがそれを知っている』という映画の母親は、いったい何を意味するのか？ファルハディ作品の母親像も一つの象徴。

『ベン・イズ・バック』の母親像は？ジュリア・ロバーツは進化している。『マグノリアの花たち』や『マザーズ・デイ』からの進化。

ズビャギンツェフ『ラブレス』の衝撃をどう消化するのか？

『ジュリエッタ』も時代を超越する。夫が認知症の妻を封じ込めるという逆説。（しかし美しい映画であった。）

久しぶりに見たヒッチコックの『サイコ』はどうだ？母親への憎悪と愛。憎しみと嫉妬と愛は同じなのかもしれない。

韓国映画の『新感染』もすごい。韓国人の母親像や家族の在り方に、日本はかなうまい。

だいぶ前の映画で『スモーク』という映画もある。あのラストがよかった。しかしそれもまた母親喪失である。

そういえば『メリー・ポピンズ・リターンズ』だってそうでしょ。母親がいなくなった家族を助ける映画だ。

日本映画の母親像は中途半端に優しい『東京タワー』
